SEEDA’s Business Support Team asked Halagen to undertake a detailed cost benefits analysis of one of its major strategic economic programmes to assess the level of outcomes against the investment made by it in the last year. This information provided the platform for a submission to the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills to assist Government policy making.
