Halagen were engaged to provide high-level FD support to the CEO and senior management team during a time of significant change and to support the Financial Manager in her role.

The FD role required that the financial strategy was set in line with the businesses ambitions which were then communicated to and understood by the Board and Senior Managers though a series of meetings, presentations and 1:1 involvement. Halagen challenged where appropriate and supported where required.
